That patch does not apply anymore as new register access functions are now regmap ones. Also I don't see reason you set slave_ts value to false on rtl2832_init(). It just be just enough setting its value on rtl2832_slave_ts_ctrl().

This patch was originally written by Benjamin Larsson, all I did was
rebasing the patch and to extend the dev_dbg statements with the
slave_ts information.
This also supersedes the following patch:
