Hello Hans,
thanks for your reply.
I've connected only the webcam, no other devices.
I've tried to connect via un USB HUB but the result is always the same:

Aug 14 15:56:50 cchi-desktop kernel: [ 8434.924045] gspca:
usb_submit_urb [0] err -28

This web-cam is never worked using Linux, but it is reported full
working.
