Add SDIO driver interface for SMS based devices

From: Uri Shkolnik <uris@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

This patch provides SDIO interface driver for SMS chip-set based devices.
The patch includes SMS high level SDIO driver and requires patching the kernel SDIO stack.

I would like to thank Pierre Ossman, MMC maintainer, who wrote this driver.

Priority: normal
