I'm in favor of using the separators (almost) everywhere, so I prefer having patches
for all cases.  Just make many small patches, so we can apply them selectively and
discuss them separately.  Maybe we want to apply some now, some others maybe for after
C23, and maybe others we don't want them.  But I'd like to discuss all of them.
