Booting 6.2.0-rc8 on HP 9000/425t - all memory is reserved

Hi all,

I finally have my retro gear hooked up again, so I decided to test
whether a recent kernel would boot. I created a build of Geert's tree,
head of the master branch. The answer is: yes, it boots, but it gets
stuck soon.
As far as I can see, the problem appears to be that all pages are
marked as reserved. Any ideas why this happens? I would assume this is
common code and not hp300 specific.
