I committed a patch for this to CVS.
While at it I also committed my latest version of the block and console 
driver, so it's now possible to use aranym without X by setting the 
environment 'SDL_AUDIODRIVER=dummy SDL_VIDEODRIVER=dummy' for aranym and 
by adding 'debug=nfcon' or 'console=nfcon' to the command line the console 
output is redirected to stdout. This requires of course a working network 
setup first. :)
