is it safe to remove final traces of 53c7xx-related stuff?

  from git commit c8facbb62111f9333d00870b0d523f5036822d04, we read:

"removel SCSI "53c7xx=" (driver already removed)"

but there's still a few traces of that lying around:

$ grep -r 53c7xx *

  is there anything there that needs to be preserved? or can it be
cleansed?
