Sync the nubus defines with the latest code in the mac68k repo. Some

You might want to check this against the latest from the nubus-pmac port
at http://sourceforge.net/projects/nubus-pmac as I believe it is more
current. I may do it myself if I can find some time.

Well, I made a diff and I found one line of data in mac68k but not in
nubus-pmac. The patch I sent will bring that into the mainline:

 * Apple SONIC LC-PDS Ethernet ("Apple Ethernet LC Twisted-Pair Card"): <4,1,0,281>

Neglecting that, and some new data, the only difference in nubus-pmac is
NUBUS_DRHW_SMAC_GFX changed to NUBUS_DRHW_SMAC_GFAX. But they're unused in
the mainline (was that changed accidentally by a vi user?)

I'd really like to see the nubus-pmac code get merged, but I can see some
benefit to merging nubus.h Just In Time.
