Migrate documentation for LED subsystem to ReStructured text?

Hello,

while reading the documentation about led triggers in the kernel i
wondered if the docs could migrated to rst to be able to create
nice html pages from it. I volunteer to migrate the docs
(Documentation/leds/ etc) if the subsystem maintainers agree :).
