Add a vdevice_alloc op to the viommu mock_viommu_ops for the coverage of IOMMU_VIOMMU_TYPE_SELFTEST allocations. Then, add a vdevice_alloc TEST_F to cover the IOMMU_VDEVICE_ALLOC ioctl.
