Add a vdevice_alloc TEST_F to cover the new IOMMU_VDEVICE_ALLOC ioctls. Also add a vdevice_alloc op to the viommu mock_viommu_ops for a coverage of IOMMU_VIOMMU_TYPE_SELFTEST. The DEFAULT coverage is done via a core- allocated vDEVICE object.
