[PATCH 4/5] RISC-V: KVM: Allow Zaamo/Zalrsc extensions for Guest/VM

Extend the KVM ISA extension ONE_REG interface to allow KVM user space
to detect and enable Zaamo/Zalrsc extensions for Guest/VM.
