[PATCH bpf-next v3 2/3] selftests: xsk: Use hugepages when umem->frame_size > PAGE_SIZE

HugeTLB UMEMs now support chunk_size > PAGE_SIZE. Set MAP_HUGETLB when
frame_size > PAGE_SIZE for future tests.
