[PATCH v2 1/4] kunit: tool: fix unit test cleanup handling

* Stop leaking file objects.
* Use self.addCleanup() to ensure we call cleanup functions even if
setUp() fails.
* use mock.patch.stopall instead of more error-prone manual approach
