[PATCH] docs/kunit/start: Use '_KUNIT_TEST' config name suffix

It is recommended to use '_KUNIT_TEST' config name suffix for kunit
tests but the example is using only '_TEST' suffix.  This commit fixes
it to also use '_KUNIT_TEST' suffix.
