or POLLRDHUP. The check you'd usually perform would probably be
if ((revents & (POLLIN | POLLPRI)) > 0) && ((revents & (POLLHUP | POLLRDHUP)) > 0)
        /* keep on trying to read */

I guess you have that set of flags already suggested in another mail?
