[PATCH 01/25] tracing: Allow gcov profiling on only ftrace subsystem

Add GCOV_PROFILE_FTRACE to allow gcov profiling
on only files in ftrace subsystem. This kconfig
flag will be used for checking kselftest/ftrace
coverage.
