[PATCH 1/9] ALSA: asihpi: remove redundant variable max_streams

Variable max_streams is being assigned but is never used hence it is
redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up clang warning:
warning: variable 'max_streams' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
