Trivial fix to spelling mistakes/typos:
"SNIC_IOREQ_ABTS_COMPELTE" -> "SNIC_IOREQ_ABTS_COMPLETE"
"SNIC_IOREQ_LR_COMPELTE"   -> "SNIC_IOREQ_LR_COMPLETE"
"SNIC_IOREQ_CMD_COMPELTE"  -> "SNIC_IOREQ_CMD_COMPLETE"
