[PATCH] ASoC: sirf: remove duplicated bit-wise or of USP_RXFIFO_THD_INT

Bit pattern USP_RXFIFO_THD_INT is being bit-wise or'd twice;
remove the redundant 2nd USP_RXFIFO_THD_INT
