[PATCH] staging: rtlwifi: remove unused pointer hw

Pointer hw is not being used and hence can be removed. Cleans up
warning:

drivers/staging/rtlwifi/base.c:2167:23: warning: unused variable
‘hw’ [-Wunused-variable]
