[PATCH][V2] [media] rainshadow-cec: ensure exit_loop is intialized

exit_loop is not being initialized, so it contains garbage. Ensure it is
initialized to false.

Detected by CoverityScan, CID#1436409 ("Uninitialized scalar variable")
