[PATCH] net/mlx4: Fix some indent inconsistancy

Silent a few smatch warnings about indentation.
This include the removal of a 'return' statement in 'resource_tracker.c'.
This 'return' will still be performed when breaking out of the
corresponding 'switch' block.
