[patch] NVMe: Precedence error in nvme_pr_clear()

The original code is equivalent to:

	u32 cdw10 = (1 | key) ? 1 << 3 : 0;

But we want:

	u32 cdw10 = 1 | (key ? 1 << 3 : 0);
