replace:

with:
 #if IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_VIDEOBUF2_VMALLOC)

This change was made for: CONFIG_VIDEOBUF2_VMALLOC,
CONFIG_VIDEOBUF2_DMA_CONTIG, CONFIG_VIDEOBUF2_DMA_SG
