replace:

with:
 #if IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_VIDEO_CX88_DVB)

This change was made for: CONFIG_VIDEO_CX88_DVB,
CONFIG_VIDEO_CX88_BLACKBIRD, CONFIG_VIDEO_CX88_VP3054
