Fix this sparse warnings:

  drivers/isdn/hardware/mISDN/hfcmulti.c:794: warning: 'vpm_check' defined but not used
  drivers/isdn/mISDN/dsp_cmx.c:1546: warning: 'dsp_start_jiffies' defined but not used
