Gain coverage for pointer wrap-around checking. Adds support for -fsanitize=pointer-overflow, and introduces the __pointer_wrap function attribute to match the signed and unsigned attributes. Also like the others, it is currently disabled under CONFIG_COMPILE_TEST.
