If you will do a next version...

+ @echo  '  make W=n   [targets] Enable extra checks, n=1,2,3 where'

...clarify on extra checks for compiler...

+ @echo  '  make W=n   [targets] Enable extra *compiler* checks, n=1,2,3 where'
