This should like follows (no CONFIG_ prefix):

         select PAGE_POISONING
         select PAGE_POISONING_NO_SANITY
         select PAGE_POISONING_ZERO
         select SLUB_DEBUG

But, again, this causes unmet dependency if SLUB=n
