[GIT PULL] kbuild changes for v3.20-rc1

Hi Linus,

please pull the kbuild stuff for v3.20-rc1:
- several cleanups in kbuild
- serialize multiple *config targets so that 'make defconfig kvmconfig'
  works
- The cc-ifversion macro got support for an else-branch
