[PATCH v3] kbuild: add support to generate LLVM bitcode files

Allows kbuild to generate LLVM bitcode files using '.ll' suffix.

  # from c code
  CC=clang make kernel/pid.ll

  # from asm code
  CC=clang make arch/x86/kernel/preempt.ll
