[PATCH v2 5/7] crypto: move common code in sm2 to ec_mpi.c and ec_mpi.h

Some structs and functions in sm2 are common codes, and could be
used by the following eddsa patch. So move them to common files:
ec_mpi.c and ec_mpi.h.
