[PATCH v2 0/1] HID: i2c-hid: Remove RESEND_REPORT_DESCR quirk and its handling

Hi Jiri,

I was rebasing my personal tree anyways, so here is a new version of
the patch dropping the RESEND_REPORT_DESCR quirk based on top of
your latest for-next branch.

This version should apply cleanly without you manually needing to
fixup the conflicts. Other then that there are no changes.
