From: Oleksandr Andrushchenko <oleksandr_andrushchenko@xxxxxxxx> kbdif protocol describes multi-touch device parameters as a part of frontend's XenBus configuration nodes while they belong to backend's configuration. Fix this by reading the parameters as defined by the protocol.
