[PATCH] input: touchscreen: mxs-lradc: Use devm_ioremap_resource()

In case of error devm_ioremap() returns NULL pointer not ERR_PTR().

The iores NULL check is also missing.

Fix both problems by using devm_ioremap_resource() variant instead.
