Calibration isn't needed as much as it had been. I think if
it is, people write in-house drivers that do it.

If you're looking for a general solution, you could use tslib
on Android as well. There is still an Android calibration tool
for tslib around:
https://github.com/LineageOS/android_packages_apps_TSCalibration
It probably needs updates
