PROBLEM: Touchpad not working on Asus Zenbook UX203CA-FC022T

Good day,

The touchpad on the Asus Zenbook UX203CA-FC022T is not working. I am using an usb mouse.

I have tested it on the latest mainline kernel available from the ubuntu kernel-ppa (4.3) and the 4.4-rc1 build available at phoronix.com. The information below is generated using the latest working mainline kernel from the ubuntu kernel-ppa (the 4.4-rc1 build fails there)
