Touchscreen driver for the PCAP2 multi function device used in
Motorola EZX smartphones.

Changes since v2:
  * Request/free IRQ in .probe()/.remove() and NOT in .open()/.close()
  * On remove, free the IRQ before cancelling the workqueue
  * Get pcap data from the parent device, don't abuse
    platform device drvdata
