[PATCH] keyboard.c: fix more problems found by checkpatch.pl

keyboard.c: fix more problems found by checkpatch.pl

fix some problems found by checkpatch.pl:
- wrap lines longer than 80 characters
- switch / case indentation
- add KERN_* to printk
