[PATCH v1] HID: Fix typo in the comment

Correctly spelled comments make it easier for the reader to understand
the code.

Fix typos:
'mninum' -> 'minimum',
'destoyed' -> 'destroyed',
'thridparty' -> 'thirdparty',
'lowcase' -> 'lowercase',
'idenitifiers' -> 'identifiers',
'exeuction' -> 'execution',
'fregments' -> 'fragments',
'devides' -> 'devices'.
