Add sht21 relative humidity and temperature sensor driver. There already exists an in-kernel driver under hwmon but with limited functionality like humidity and temperature always measured together at predefined resolutions, etc. New iio driver comes without limitations of predecessor, uses non-blocking i2c communication mode and adds triggered buffer support thus is suited for more use cases.
