From the point of view of bisection etc - we have to balance the possible cost of the more minor cleanups against their benefits. I'll run through and give my opinion on which ones are worthwhile etc. Quite a few are marginal, but I feel fairly strongly against one of the changes in alignment of the \ in the large macro.
