We really need the unregister to be the first thing in the remove function as until it has run, there are interfaces that will expect the chip to be correctly powered up etc (and may lead to it coming out of runtime suspend.) This will leave a theoretical race condition against disabling runtime pm. If I've missed something and the reorder is a problem, give me a shout.
