Hi Adriana,

Applied, but with one change in ordering as described below.
We really need the unregister to be the first thing in the remove
function as until it has run, there are interfaces that will expect
the chip to be correctly powered up etc (and may lead to it coming
out of runtime suspend.)  This will leave a theoretical race condition
against disabling runtime pm.

If I've missed something and the reorder is a problem, give me a shout.
Chances are this will sit in my testing branch for a few days at least.

This is still subject to race conditions.  The unregister needs
to be first.  Then the interfaces that can result in wake ups etc
are definitely disabled before we start powering down the chip.
