Fix the following sparse warning:

drivers/ata/ahci_ceva.c:107:33: warning: invalid assignment: &=
drivers/ata/ahci_ceva.c:107:33:    left side has type unsigned short
drivers/ata/ahci_ceva.c:107:33:    right side has type restricted __le16
