[PATCH 3/4] drivers: crypto: picoxcell_crypto: use MODULE_DECLARE_OF_TABLE()

Using MODULE_DECLARE_OF_TABLE() macro to get rid of some #ifdef CONFIG_OF
and make the code a bit slimmer.
