[PATCH] nvme: NUMA locality information for fabrics

Add a new field 'numa_node' to the nvme_ctrl structure to hold the
NUMA locality information of the underlying hardware.
With that we can allocate the memory structures on the same NUMA
node as the underlying hardware.
