[PATCH 2/2] ARM: mvebu: Enable ARCH_WANT_LIBATA_LEDS in Armada 38x

Enable hidden symbol ARCH_WANT_LIBATA_LEDS so CONFIG_ATA_LEDS can be
used in kernel configuration.
