I'm wondering where current documentation may be for libata. I'm
writing for kernel 2.6 at the moment (CentOS 6). I have kernel sources
2.6.32.65 from kernel.org and I'm looking at the documentation now (html
because I cannot get the pdf docs to build). There is no mention of a
function, which is called by ahci.c, in these documents. The function's
name is ata_shost_to_port(). This is actually a theme I've found quite
common for this documentation. I frequently cannot find functions which
I see used.
