Consider moving this to <linux/acpi.h>, just like PCI_DEVICE_CLASS() is
defined in <linux/pci.h>.

Also please use designated initializers here, eg:

#define ACPI_DEVICE_CLASS(cls, msk)	.cls = (cls), .cls_mask = (msk)
